Is there a minimum order requirement for screen printing?
Our minimum order is 24 pieces. However, we strongly recommend that you order more as buying the minimum is not economical in the long run.

How long will it take to recieve my order?
Most orders will be printed within 7-10 days upon approval of artwork. Shipping will add 2-5 more days. So expect your order to take from 10-14 days total. We will give you our best estimate when you place your order, however due to unforseen occurances, we can't guarantee a specific date.

What about artwork?
You can provide your own art, or our design department can help you out. Our normal art fee for screen printed items is $30 per hour.

If I want to provide my own art, how do I do it?
It's easy! Just click here. We accept a wide variety of formats including .ai, .cdr, .eps. We also accept jpeg, tif and word formats, but an additional fee may apply to get these formats ready to print. We'll let you know up front.

What kind of shirts do you print on?
We print mainly on 100% cotton heavy-weight Gildan brand t-shirts. After printing on many other brands, we have found that Gildan makes the best quality shirts and at the best price. How does sizing run on your T-Shirts?
Although some manufacturers sizes can run bigger or smaller, below is a general chart for you! Because each order is custom and our great relationships with manufacturers, we can find the right shirt and fit just for you!

How do I pay?
We require payment upon art approval for all orders. We accept Paypal (recommended) or you can send a check or money order. Personal checks will require 7-10 days to clear, so please add that time to our normal turn-around time
